Greetings my lovely flock members,

I noticed the temperatures are starting to drop and leaves are beginning to turn, which means fall, and fall means my favorite festival is around the corner. Yep, you know what festival that is, New York Sheep and Wool, ahhhh, Rhinebeck. I know, I know every year you hear me talk about the doughnuts, but seriously THE DOUGHNUTS, hahahaha, if you haven't tried them you really need to.

On another note, let's talk about the booth. In 2023, we debuted the Martin; in 2024 we brought you art flyers; this year, we've got something special for you, Penelope, our new Band Loom. We will have a large number of Penelope's available, along with all the extra goodies you might want. This includes horn, wood, and 3d printed (triangle and square) cards, 3d printed shuttles, and all 3 variants of our heddle kits. We will also have some weaving kits from our friends at Hook & Shuttle. They have bagged up several kits for us, including the rainbow hearts in silk that Evanita has been weaving, as well as the sheepies and the first project from the Penelope manual. Stop by the booth and pick one up, you won't regret it.

Next Shop Update After Rhinebeck

After Rhinebeck, we will be reviewing any Starlings and Magpies that are left from our festivals this year and attempting to match them up with someone in the existing queue. Any that remain after this process will be available in our next Shop Update.

Our next Shop Update on Black Friday will be our last of the year! It will include Roly-Polies, Whirligigs, Penelope, and Sparrows. If we have any Martins, Starlings, and Magpies left from the festival, they will also be available in this update.

Please note that the shop will close on the 10th of December for the Holidays and will reopen in January.
