Customer Service


All in-stock orders will be shipped within 10 to 14 days after payment is received. For orders where one or more items is currently not in stock, fulfillment is typically  within 14 to 21 business days but may vary based on seasonal trends.
Small items are usually shipped in a heavy poly mailer; however, larger shipments will be in a sturdy cardboard box.


Shipping prices do not include insurance, and we will not be liable in the case of damage or loss during shipping.

We are international friendly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us immediately via email if there is an issue with the products you have received, and together we can figure out a solution. However, please be aware that custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
