All in-stock orders will be shipped within 10-14 days after payment is received. If one or more items is currently not in stock, orders are typically fulfilled within 14-21 business days, but may vary based on seasonal trends.  

Small packages are usually shipped in a heavy poly mailer; however larger shipments will be in sturdy cardboard boxes. 

Shipping prices do not include insurance, and we will not be liable in the case of damage or loss during shipping.

We are international friendly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us via email if there is an issue with the products you receive, and together we can figure out a solution.  However, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
