About Hermes
Hermes is a large framed circular knitting machine made from 3D printed ABS plastic and an all-metal yarn path. During extensive prototype testing of the various cylinders, it has easily and quickly produced hats ranging from child to large adult size. Since it’s really a tube knitting machine with the capability of both directions and short rows, hats are just one of the many things it can do. Cowls, clutches, and purses are just the beginning of what our testers have shown us! And you can be assured that Hermes has completed extensive development to ensure both accurate performance and optimized wear points, which ensure a long service life.

How to Purchase
To purchase a Hermes Circular Hat Machine you will need to sign up for the queue. We would prospectively like to begin emailing the first names in the queue on March 31st, 2025. I don't know how many we will email; it will not be the whole list. The goal is to ship either immediately before or directly after Maryland Sheep and Wool.
